Crane wins SANFL Magarey Medal
Queenslander Luke Crane has won the SANFL's most prestigious individual award, the Magarey Medal.
The Sturt rover polled 22 votes to claim the award for the competition's best and fairest player, finishing ahead of South Adelaide's James Boyd (19 votes) and Glenelg's Ty Allen (18 votes).
Crane, 23, won the award in his second season with Sturt after being recruited from Queensland club Zillmere.
