Aussie star Hall snatches late Bulls win
Former Manly star Glenn Hall scored his first try in Super League on Friday as Bradford came from 20-0 down to defeat Wigan 22-20, the leaders' first defeat in five games this season.
Hall grabbed the crucial try one minute from the end as the Bulls celebrated a third successive victory after a poor start to the campaign.
Pat Richards, Harrison Hansen, Sam Tomkins and Darrell Goulding all scored first half tries for Wigan before another former Sea Eagle, halfback Matt Orford, with two tries, inspired Bulls' fightback.
Brett Kearney also scored before Hall's late headline-grabber.
Four tries in the space of 11 second-half minutes allowed Hull to celebrate a 42-22 win over Castleford while reigning champions Leeds bounced back from their World Club Challenge defeat with a 62-4 victory over Harlequins.
Leeds led at the interval through tries from Brent Webb (two) and Ryan Hall and ran in nine more from Ali Lauitiiti (2), Tom Bush, Keith Senior, Danny McGuire, Danny Buderus (2), Hall again and Kallum Watkins.
Catalans Dragons grabbed their first win of the season with a 24-12 win at Salford.
