The AFL is certain to cite Kangaroos midfielder Jess Sinclair on video evidence for the shocking incident involving Hawthorn utility Lance Picioane.
Saturday night's clash left Picioane with compound fractures in his face and Sinclair will most likely face a striking charge.
Several other incidents will come under video scrutiny after the spiteful Telstra Dome clash between the Kangaroos and Hawks.
Key Brisbane midfielder Jason Akermanis could also be under review for an incident involving Sydney's Leo Barry on Sunday at the `Gabba.
