Cowboy Glenn Hall banned for one NRL game
North Queensland second-rower Glenn Hall will miss the Cowboys' NRL clash with the Warriors in Townsville on Saturday after pleading guilty to a grade one high tackle charge.
Hall was put on report for catching former Sea Eagles' team-mate Glenn Stewart across the face with a swinging arm, late in his side's 24-4 defeat at Brookvale Oval.
Sydney Roosters' prop Frank-Paul Nuuausala has avoided suspension, taking the early guilty plea after being charged with striking Storm utility Rory Kostjasyn in Monday's 21-4 loss to Melbourne at AAMI Park.
