Notting accepts one-match AFL ban
Brisbane utility Tim Notting will miss Saturday's big AFL clash against Collingwood after accepting a one-week ban for striking North Melbourne defender Scott Thompson.
Notting risked being sidelined for two games if he was unsuccessful in challenging the report at the tribunal.
Geelong midfielder Joel Corey has accepted a reprimand and 70.31 points towards his future record for engaging in rough conduct against Hawthorn youngster Liam Shiels.
And Hawks forward Cyril Rioli has pleaded guilty to making negligent contact with an umpire during Saturday's match against the Cats at the MCG.
Rioli was fined $1,950.
The AFL Tribunal will not sit out on Tuesday night.
