Gold Coast's Greg Bird will miss the Titans' NRL clash with North Queensland after accepting a one-match ban for striking Canberra's Matt Orford.
Bird took the early guilty plea for the charge, which arose from an incident during the Titans' thrilling 23-22 golden point win over the Raiders last Saturday.
The NSW Origin representative was the only player charged from round four matches, with no charges arising from Melbourne's big win over Canterbury on Monday night.
