Crusader cited after Force clash

Canterbury Crusaders prop Owen Franks is to appear before a SANZAR judicial officer after being cited for a dangerous tackle in Saturday's Super 14 rugby match against the Western Force.
Franks, who came on as a replacement late in the game, was cited following a tackle on standout Force flyhalf Matt Giteau with two minutes remaining in a match which ended in a 23-all draw.
The Crusaders prop will appear before a judicial officer on Monday afternoon.
