Cheetahs halfback out for three weeks
Cheetahs halfback Tewis de Bruyn has been suspended for three weeks after committing a dangerous tackle in a Super 14 match last weekend.
De Bruyn was found guilty on Tuesday by a judicial officer representing the competition organisers of a dangerous tackle on Bulls winger Akona Ndungane during the Cheetahs 29-20 defeat in Pretoria.
The bottom-of-the-table Cheetahs complete their Super 14 schedule on Saturday against the Stormers at Vodacom Park.
