Warne ready for comeback match
Shane Warne is poised to make his return to cricket since his marriage break-up.
Warne, 35, will captain his county side Hampshire against Middlesex at Southgate, an outer northern suburb of London.
The legspinner, who spent time in Spain since announcing his split from wife Simone, arrived with the Hampshire side about two hours before the match was due to start and appeared in a relaxed mood as he spoke with spectators and inspected the wicket.
He and his teammates then played soccer before the match started.
The match is due to start at 2000 (AEST).
Warne is set to join the Australian Test squad on Monday night, after this four-day match is over.
