Warne caught with his pants down
Shane Warne says he loves it in Hampshire, but he won't enjoy this.
A day after launching the new English county cricket season as Hampshire captain, Warne woke up to a newspaper photo of him with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and trousers hanging around his knees.
In the photo in the Sun newspaper, Warne's cricket shirt was high enough to reveal his underpanted modesty.
The Australian leg spinner showed in 1999 he can be sensitive to candid photos when he snatched a camera from a New Zealand schoolboy who snapped a shot of him smoking while he was being sponsored to quit.
He confirmed he and his family were moving to Southampton permanently and was just waiting for the completion of the sale on a house he has bought in Ocean Village.
"I love it over here, love it at Hampshire and the way they've taken me in and treated my family," Warne said.
If he moved to England to avoid press intrusion, he's come to the wrong place.
