Fevola's public nuisance matter adjourned
Brisbane Lions star forward Brendan Fevola's court hearing for public nuisance on New Year's Eve has been adjourned.
The matter was mentioned briefly in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Tuesday, when Fevola's lawyer asked for more time to take instructions from his client.
Fevola did not appear in court.
The case will be mentioned again early next month.
Fevola, 29, was arrested in the early hours of January 1 after allegedly being involved in an incident in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.
Police allege Fevola became verbally aggressive towards them when asked to stop walking on the road.
He's been charged with public nuisance and obstructing police.
