Fevola to play against Blues
Former Carlton spearhead Brendan Fevola will take on his ex-teammates for the first time when Brisbane play the Blues in an AFL practice match at Princes Park on Friday.
Fevola, the reigning Coleman medallist, was traded to the Lions following his drunken antics at the 2009 Brownlow Medal function.
The Lions' side also includes several other players picked up from other clubs in the off-season - Andrew Raines (Richmond), Matt Maguire (St Kilda) and Amon Buchanan (Sydney).
The Blues have named a strong lineup including skipper Chris Judd, Bryce Gibbs, Matthew Kreuzer and former Melbourne midfielder Brock McLean.
