Bulls and Springboks enforcer Bakkies Botha will appear before a SANZAR judiciary on Tuesday after being charged with a dangerous tackle on Stormers halfback Dewaldt Duvenage.
Botha appeared to place an arm around the neck of Duvenge in Saturday's Super Rugby match won 23-12 by the Stormers at Loftus Versfeld.
The giant lock Botha is never far from trouble, last year he was suspended for nine weeks for headbutting All Blacks halfback Jimmy Cowan in a Tri-Nations Test match.
