Broncos yet to decide on plea for Hodges
Brisbane will decide later on Tuesday whether to defend a contrary conduct charge laid against star centre Justin Hodges.
Hodges is facing two weeks on the sideline for an alleged gesture to referee Tony Archer during Sunday's NRL clash with Canberra at Suncorp Stadium.
Broncos officials want to scan video footage from various angles before deciding on what action to take.
Hodges was playing his second game back from a six-week suspension for a dangerous throw on Parramatta hooker Mark Riddell.
Team-mates declined to comment on the charge which surprised the Broncos.
Hodges failed to train with the Broncos Tuesday morning as they prepared for a key clash with the Warriors in New Zealand on Saturday.
