Lawrence to miss at least four NRL games
Wests Tigers Chris Lawrence will be out for at least four weeks after scans on Sunday revealed the NRL centre suffered a low-grade tear to his right hamstring.
Lawrence suffered the injury on his way to setting up the match-winning try for Beau Ryan in the thrilling 16-14 victory over premiers St George Illawarra at the Sydney Football Stadium on Friday night.
Scans showed a grade-two tear and the Tigers said Lawrence would be out for four to five weeks.
This would put him on track to return for the Tigers on the eve of the finals.
The injury is on the same side as the hip he injured in round three against Canberra and which sidelined Lawrence for four months.
