Ex-Hawk recruiter Pelchen joins Saints

The recruiting manager who helped put together Hawthorn's 2008 AFL premiership side will head up AFL rival St Kilda's football department.
Chris Pelchen, who was the Hawks' long-time player personnel and strategy manager, before resigning that post in June, will begin his new job as the Saints' head of football in a fortnight.
As well as two stints with the Hawks totalling 14 years, Pelchen spent nine years at Port Adelaide.
