Eagles promote three rookies
West Coast have elevated Lewis Stevenson, Andrew Strijk and Callum Wilson to their primary list, but Tim Houlihan, Tony Notte, Matt Spangher and Beau Wilkes have been de-listed, along with rookies Adam Cockie and Will Sullivan.
Strijk broke through for 10 games in 2010, with his attack on the ball and courage impressing coach John Worsfold.
Wilson kicked eight goals in the final three games of the season to earn his spot on the senior list after featuring in four games the year before, while Stevenson showed signs of promise in his 10 games this year.
Houlihan was the heartbreak story after enduring an injury interrupted season that cruelled his chances of breaking into the Eagles' line-up.
The 21-year-old wingman played eight games in 2008 and seven in 2009, with his gut-running a feature of his game.
Lewis Broome, Ashton Hams and former Tiger Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls have been retained as rookies, Dean Cox and Darren Glass have been moved onto the veterans' list, while Ben McKinley was traded to North Melbourne.
