Port's Westhoff to miss four weeks

Port Adelaide forward Justin Westhoff will miss four weeks with a broken bone in his left foot.
Westhoff limped off the ground before the end of Port's 50-point loss to the West Coast Eagles in Perth on Sunday.
The club said scans had confirmed the broken bone and Westhoff would have surgery on Monday night.
