McLeod a good chance to clash with Port
Adelaide talisman Andrew McLeod appears a strong chance of returning for Sunday's AFL showdown against Port Adelaide.
McLeod has been laid up since the mid-season break following clean-out surgery on his right knee but has returned to full training this week and can prove his fitness at Adelaide's main training run on Thursday.
Crows coach Neil Craig said McLeod was setting himself to play in the showdown.
"I think he is (a chance to play), I spoke to Andrew this morning, he did a pretty solid session yesterday and pulled up well from it," Craig said.
"It looks like he'll attempt to train flat out for the full session tomorrow, so if he gets through that obviously he'll be a strong consideration."
Injuries to Brett Burton and Jason Porplyzia have left Adelaide needing all the help they can get to find a winning combination against Port and snap a four-game losing streak.
