St Kilda starts coaching interviews
AFL club St Kilda started formal interviews on Wednesday to find a new head coach.
Three assistant coaches from other clubs have been or are being interviewed at the Saints' Moorabbin base, including favourite John Longmire, currently Paul Roos' assistant at Sydney Swans.
Western Bulldogs assistant Chris Bond and Collingwood's Guy McKenna have already made their presentations to Saints officials.
Bond said he was happy with how his two-and-a-half hour interview went and it was now a case of wait and see until the Saints make a final decision.
Other names to be linked with the Saints' top job have ruled themselves out, including media personality Garry Lyon and ex-Adelaide assistant Don Pyke.
