Archer infection, doubt for Tigers game
Premiership defender Glenn Archer is in doubt for Saturday's Kangaroos-Richmond AFL match due to an infection.
Archer was admitted to hospital with an infection that had reportedly caused his left arm to swell, but of unknown origin.
He had been on intravenous medication, but the Kangaroos said he had improved markedly.
Archer will undergo further tests, after which it would be determined if he can take on the Tigers.
