AFL club St Kilda board challenge is on
A rival ticket for the St Kilda board will launch a challenge to the incumbent president of the AFL club, Rod Butterss on Tuesday.
The ticket will be headed by trucking magnate Greg Westaway, the founder of Gregorys Transport.
It is also expected to include former Saints 323-gamer Nathan Burke and midfielder Andrew Thompson, who retired after the Saints' last game of the current season.
Two current board members, vice president Ross Levin and John Gdanski, are also believed to be supporting Westaway's challenge.
Butterss took over the presidency in 2000.
