Cornes accepts one-match suspension
Port Adelaide veteran Chad Cornes has accepted his one-match AFL suspension for front-on contact.
He is among five players who have taken early pleas, meaning the tribunal will not sit this week.
The match review panel charged Cornes after he collided with Fremantle midfielder Ryan Crowley.
West Coast's Adam Selwood was charged with tripping, while Essendon's Cale Hooker, Sydney defender Lewis Roberts-Thomson and Melbourne backman Kyle Cheney were booked for striking.
All four have accepted reprimands and carry-over points.
