Aussies lead the way for Bradford
Australia duo Matt Orford and Brett Kearney pulled the strings as Bradford earned their first victory of the Super League season by crushing Castleford 41-22 at Odsal.
Ex-Manly star Orford - an off-season acquisition - produced a stunning display of attacking football while Kearney chipped in with two tries to ease the pressure on coach Steve McNamara.
"They were given a better platform this week by some of our forwards who got on the front foot and allowed our halves to play going forward rather than having everything come at them," said McNamara.
"They've obviously got some very good talent.
"I thought we were pretty much in control from the start until the end and I thought we played some very attractive rugby league as well.
"We're still some way off but, as I've said, we're still a fairly new side so it's going to take a little bit of time.
"We've played three very good sides in the first three fixtures so it was always going to be difficult."
Despite seeing his new side crumble to a 30-0 home defeat to Huddersfield Giants, former Brisbane Broncos prop Joel Clinton insists he has no regrets about signing for Hull KR.
"The invite came from Rovers and it was good. I wanted to travel and see the world," said Clinton, who has penned a three-year deal.
"Rovers had a good year last year and hopefully we can do better this year.
"I think I'll be hungry for air when I do play my first game because I haven't trained with a team for a while."
