Man arrested over Didak house break-in
A neighbour of controversial Collingwood star Alan Didak has been arrested after allegedly breaking into the AFL player's house and confronting his girlfriend.
Didak's girlfriend Jacinta Jellett reportedly rang him after the man entered the Kew house through the back door about 1pm (AEDT).
Police said they were called to an address in Kew and confronted a 41-year-old man in the front garden.
The man allegedly charged at police and was sprayed with capsicum spray before he was arrested and taken into custody.
Collingwood confirmed the incident took place.
No one was hurt in the incident, although the man received medical treatment before being interviewed.
