North alter line-up due to gastro bug
A stomach bug that has hit six North Melbourne players has forced the AFL club to change one emergency for Saturday's match against St Kilda.
Forward Ben Warren and midfielder Jack Ziebell are in doubt for the clash because of the illness.
Warren's unlikely availability meant North replaced Todd Goldstein with Aaron Edwards as one of their three emergencies.
Port Adelaide and Fremantle also made changes for their Saturday clash at AAMI Stadium.
First-round draft pick Hamish Hartlett is out of the Power line-up and Nick Lower has taken his place.
Michael Walters has replaced Daniel Gilmore as a Fremantle emergency.
Meanwhile, Essendon have named Brent Prismall and Scott Lucas among four changes for Sunday's Etihad Stadium game against Adelaide.
It will be Prismall's Essendon debut and his first game since last year's qualifying final when he injured his knee playing for Geelong.
He needed a knee reconstruction and then gained a trade to the Bombers.
Lucas has struggled for form this year and was dropped after the round-six loss to Brisbane.
Essendon also recalled Courtenay Dempsey and Kyle Reimers, while Leroy Jetta was omitted.
They are also without Henry Slattery (hamstring), Jason Winderlich (ankle) and Tom Bellchambers (knee), while Adelaide are unchanged.
Hawthorn regained star defender Luke Hodge for Sunday's MCG game against Sydney, along with ruckman Brent Renouf.
Hodge has struggled with an adductor muscle injury in his groin.
The Swans left out Luke Ablett for Craig Bird.
Geelong have named top midfielder Joel Corey as an emergency for Sunday's match against West Coast at Subiaco.
Corey is returning from a foot injury.
Paul Chapman leads the four inclusions, along with Mathew Stokes, Ryan Gamble and Tom Lonergan.
Captain Tom Harley (hamstring) and Harry Taylor (ankle) are unavailable and they left out David Johnson and Max Rooke.
West Coast recalled Matt Priddis and Matt Spangher for Daniel Kerr (suspension) and David Wirrpanda (hamstring).
