Port accepts suspensions for key duo
AFL club Port Adelaide won't contest suspensions to captain Dom Cassisi and onballer Peter Burgoyne.
Cassisi was offered a one-match ban for striking Melbourne's Lynden Dunn during the Power's victory at AAMI Stadium on Sunday.
Burgoyne was given a two-match suspension for kneeing Demon Aaron Davey.
Both Port players were given three-match bans, reduced by early guilty pleas, which the Power confirmed had been made on Tuesday.
Port plays reigning premier Hawthorn at the MCG on Saturday.
