Lillyman cited over tackle against Storm
North Queensland backrower Jacob Lillyman has been the only player cited by the NRL match review committee from the weekend round.
Lillyman was charged with a grade one dangerous throw in the 49th minute of the Cowboys' 12-10 loss to Melbourne on Saturday.
The 24-year-old would normally escape a ban with an early plea for such an offence.
But because of loading and carry-over points from a previous charge, he is now facing a two-match suspension regardless of whether he takes the early plea or contests the charge at the judiciary.
Bulldogs hooker Corey Hughes was given the green light to play in Friday's NSW City-Country Origin match with the Country rake side-stepping a charge for his late hit on Sea Eagles halfback Matt Orford.
