Tom Scully pulls out of Demons AFL side
Greater Western Sydney (GWS) target Tom Scully might have played his last AFL match for Melbourne after pulling out of the team for Sunday's clash with Port Adelaide.
Scully has withdrawn with soreness - bringing to an end a season marred by a knee problem which has limited him to just 10 games.
Earmarked as one of GWS' priority signings for their 2012 AFL debut, Scully has been the subject of feverish speculation about his future since the start of the season.
The20-year-old No.1 draft pick could command monster money at the Giants, and is yet to re-sign at Melbourne beyond this year.
Port Adelaide have also lost midfielder Matt Thomas for the match at Adelaide Oval with a knee injury.
