Monaghan given exiles nod
Warrington's Australian Test winger Joel Monaghan has become the fifth coach's pick for the Exiles' 22-man squad for the international against England at Headingley on Friday, June 10.
Monaghan, who has scored 10 tries in 11 matches so far for the Wolves in his first season in Super League, joins Leeds hooker Danny Buderus, Wigan scrum-half Thomas Leuluai, Huddersfield loose forward Luke O'Donnell and St Helens prop Tony Puletua as coach Brian McClennan's selections so far.
"I never thought I would get to play representative football again so to have the opportunity of teaming up with some great Australian and Kiwi players to take on England will be fantastic," said Monaghan, who could be joined by older brother Michael in the Exiles line-up.
McClennan will make four more selections, with the remaining 13 coming from a public vote.
