Australian Schoolboys lose in NZ
The Australian Schoolboys have had a six-match rugby union winning streak ended by New Zealand with a 30-21 loss in Dunedin.
In the final Test of their tour, Australia were forced to chase all game, after the Kiwis skipped out to a 10-3 lead early in the first half.
Second-half tries to second-rower Curtis Browning and fullback Chris Feauai-Sautia allowed the Australians to claw within two points at 20-18, before late tries to the Kiwis sealed the result.
"It was really tough towards the end of the match and it could have gone either way but unfortunately we didn't have enough in the end," Australian skipper Steve Cummins said.
"We had a lot of belief and we tried to keep it going right up until the end and I'm proud of the boys."
