Faingaa suspended for two games
Wallabies reserve hooker Saia Faingaa has been suspended for two games for a dangerous tackle during Saturday night's historic 41-39 victory over South Africa in Bloemfontein.
Faingaa had only been on the field four minutes when he was involved in a lifting tackle on Springboks forward Flip van der Merwe in the 69th minute.
The Australian was yellow-carded by English referee Wayne Barnes, sitting out the remainder of the Wallabies' heart-stopping win.
He pleaded guilty at a SANZAR disciplinary hearing on Sunday morning.
