Fourie slapped with four-week ban
South African centre Jaque Fourie has been hit with a four-week suspension after being cited for a dangerous tackle in the Springboks' 30-13 Tri-Nations loss to Australia.
Fourie's ban, which ends on August 22, will see him miss two Currie Cup matches back in South Africa, as well as the Tri-Nations clash with New Zealand on August 21.
Fourie was shown the yellow card for the tackle, which occurred in the second minute of the loss to the Wallabies in Brisbane on Saturday night.
