Ex-France international Gelez retires
Former France international fly-half Francois Gelez announced his retirement on Monday after inspiring Agen back into the Top 14 from the Second Division.
The 31-year-old - capped eight times and a member of the Six Nations Grand Slam winning side in 2002 - played for Agen for 11 seasons and is set to continue to coach the juniors along with former France prop Jean-Jacques Crenca.
Agen, who have been crowned French champions eight times, regained their place among the elite after a three year hiatus when they finished top of the Second Division.
The winners of the play-off final between Lyon and Pau will join them in the Top 14 next season - Albi and Montauban were relegated from the Top 14.
