Springbok Du Preez out of Scotland match
South Africa halfback Fourie du Preez has been ruled out of this weekend's rugby union international against Scotland at Murrayfield.
Du Preez, 26, injured a quadriceps muscle in training and his place in the starting XV for Saturday's match will be taken by Ricky Januarie.
Meanwhile, Januarie's spot on the world champions' bench has been handed to utility forward Danie Rossouw.
Earlier this week Springbok coach Peter de Villiers announced an unchanged side from the one that beat Wales 20-15 in Cardiff last weekend.
Revised team: Conrad Jantjes, JP Pietersen, Adrian Jacobs, Jean de Villiers, Bryan Habana, Ruan Pienaar, Ricky Januarie, Pierre Spies, Juan Smith, Schalk Burger, Victor Matfield, Bakkies Botha, John Smit (capt), Bismarck du Plessis, Beast Mtawarira. Replacements: Brian Mujati, Gurthro Steenkamp, Andries Bekker, Ryan Kankowski, Danie Rossouw, Francois Steyn, Jaque Fourie.
