Leaney one stroke off US Open lead

Australian Stephen Leaney is one stroke from the lead after his opening round at the US Open in Illinois.
Leaney has recorded just one bogey in a three-under-par 67, while Americans Justin Leonard and Jay Don Blake lead on 66 with half the field back in the Olympia Fields clubhouse.
Tiger Woods has returned a 70, as has Australian Craig Parry, while Robert Allenby has slumped to a 75.
