Tour Hosted by Kenty & Chimes

Our tour is hostel by Fanatics.TV’s very own Kenty & Chimes. Paul Kent has been working in rugby league journalism for over 25 years and is today one of the most well-known voices in the game. Steve ‘Chimes’ Gillis has been a player agent for over 40 years and has a story for nearly every player going around.

Both Kenty and Chimes have regular shows on Fanatics.TV and will be the perfect tour hosts thanks to their knowledge of the game and players.

The Rugby League Ashes

First contested in 1908, Rugby League Ashes series were a regular event through until the early 2000s when larger multi-nation tournaments took over the international calendar.

An Australia v England series was scheduled for 2020 until covid put a stop to international travel, now 2025 will see the restart of this traditional rivalry. Of 39 past series played the Kangaroos have a slender 20-19 lead in series wins so it will all be to play for in 2025!

English Football

Fanatics is an official English & European football ticket agent and we will have options available to include fixtures as part of the tour. We’ve been running groups to the Premier League, Champions League and European competitions for over 20 years and know how to experience the best of English soccer. Match details for the 2025/26 season are still to be finalised, once these are announced we will have options for adding a match to your booking.

Flights & Insurance

International flights from Australia are not included in our packages and should be booked separately online or through your travel agent. We can also look at some options for you, contact our office for details.

Travel insurance is strongly advised for all tour members. See www.nibtravelinsurance.com.au, www.covermore.com.au or your travel agent for details.
