Youngster to carry Saints ruck duties

St Kilda rookie Daniel Archer will shoulder much of the ruck duties on Friday night in the AFL pre-season semi-final against Essendon.
While the two teams have named strong line-ups, the Saints have rested their number one ruckman Ben McEvoy for the game.
The Bombers have recalled captain Jobe Watson, while tough Saints defender Steven Baker will play his first game this year.
