Morley to chat with Leeds
Leeds chief executive Gary Hetherington says he plans to hold talks with Sydney Roosters forward Adrian Morley when the Great Britain international attends the Rhinos' Boxing Day clash with Castleford.
Morley will watch his first Leeds match live since leaving the club two years ago to play in the National Rugby League.
Hetherington said he would talk to Morley about his plans when his contract with the Roosters expires at the end of next season.
"Adrian will be one of our guests on Boxing Day," said Hetherington.
"I have seen him and chatted with him while he has been over here, but I've not had any formal talks.
"I'll maybe take that opportunity on Boxing Day."
Morley has always said Leeds was his preferred choice of club if he decided to return to England in 2004.
However, it's understood the Roosters are keen to extend the 25-year-old's contract.
"Obviously Adrian knows we are very keen for him to return at the end of his contract, for the 2004 Super League season," Hetherington said.
"We would be very keen to get a commitment at as early a stage as possible."
