Australia, Ireland await video review
The Australia and Ireland camps are awaiting a video review of Friday night's International Rules game to establish who was at fault in a series of spiteful clashes.
Australia won 0.18.9 (63) to 0.11.9 (42) at Telstra Dome but the match was soured by the dismissal of captain Chris Johnson, who hit two Irish opponents with wild coathangers in the second quarter.
Ireland coach Pete McGrath later accused the Australians of horrendous tackles that put his players at risk.
Australian coach Kevin Sheedy accused the Irish of making low tackles on his players.
Several incidents are likely to come under review and any players who are suspended will be ineligible for next year's series.
