Graham fine after fainting
Australia's Elka Graham, who collapsed on the platform after receiving her silver medal for the women's 4x200 freestyle relay, told reporters that she was tired, but felt fine.
The freestyle swimmer said she had only fainted, a problem which is linked to low blood pressure.
"I'm feeling tired, but I think that's more to do with the races I've had, than anything else," Graham told reporters. "But I feel pretty good."
Last month Graham collapsed during training with an irregular heart beat and low blood pressure and was forced to withdraw from the championships when she failed to gain a medical clearance.
She was given a last-minute reprieve after securing a second opinion and told to follow a strict regime that allowed her blood pressure to return to normal after racing.
During the medals' ceremony for the relay, Graham was supported by team mates and then carried away by competition staff behind the podium after she fainted.
Graham said a combination of factors, including the short space of time between the race and the medals ceremony, had interrupted her normal routine afterwards and may have caused her to faint.
The 21-year-old competed in the 200 and 400 metres freestyle as well as the 4x100 and 4x200 freestyle relays, winning a bronze in the 4x100 relay, finishing fourth in the 400 and seventh in the 200.
