Jennings stood down by Penrith
NSW centre Michael Jennings has been stood down by Penrith for Friday's NRL clash with Wests Tigers following a breach of the club's disciplinary code.
Jennings, is believed to have showed up for training on Thursday showing the effects of alcohol and will face a disciplinary hearing at the club on Friday afternoon.
The 23-year-old, who was due to play his first game at fullback against the Tigers, will now turn out for the Windsor Wolves in the NSW Cup against Central Coast on Saturday.
Earlier this season Jennings was fined $10,000 by the Panthers for drinking while recovering from an injury.
