Harley joins AFL Academy coaching staff
Retired Geelong skipper Tom Harley has accepted a role with the AFL coaching and mentoring elite young players.
Harley, who retired after leading the Cats to grand final victory in September, will join the AIS-AFL Academy as an assistant coach and mentor.
The announcement follows the recent appointments of ex-Sydney forward Michael O'Loughlin, former Essendon captain Matthew Lloyd and Melbourne great Garry Lyon to the AFL's talented player programs.
