Demons coach vows to keep experimenting
Melbourne coach Dean Bailey says the AFL club will keep experimenting with their players as the tanking debate continues to rage.
The Demons lost to Richmond last Sunday when Tigers player Jordan McMahon kicked a goal after the final siren.
But what has stirred the most interest about the game is that several Melbourne players played out of position.
Melbourne have three wins for the season and will gain a priority draft pick if they gain no more than one more win in the last four rounds of the season.
Bailey says the most important priority for the rest of the season is to keep developing the players.
The Demons coach added that he cannot do anything about public perception.
Bailey also said the constant speculation about the tanking issue has galvanised his players.
Bailey thinks Colin Sylvia and Cale Morton might return for Sunday's Etihad Stadium game against North Melbourne.
