Eastwood sends discreet Jacko tribute
Bulldogs forward Greg Eastwood might not look like a Michael Jackson fan but the Kiwi Test star provided his own personal tribute to the deceased pop star with a largely unnoticed signal on Friday night.
Eastwood slid over for a try in the 44th minute of the Bulldogs 30-18 NRL win over North Queensland, then made an "MJ" signal with his hands and pointed to the sky.
A massive Jackson fan, Eastwood spent all day Friday watching the pop star's greatest hits on television before turning in his own "Thriller" performance at ANZ Stadium.
"When I was a kid I loved Michael Jackson," said Eastwood.
"I had got all of his DVDs ... Black and White is probably my favourite song.
"I was pretty sad this morning for him. I thought I would do something for him and I told the boys before the game.
"I wish I could do the moon walk."
