Barry Hall named to play against Crows
Sydney spearhead Barry Hall was recalled to the Swans side for Saturday's AFL clash with Adelaide, with coach Paul Roos predicting the Crows would tag-team the volatile star.
Hall was reinstated to the side after missing the past two games when the Swans voluntarily stood him down for attempting to strike Collingwood's defender Shane Wakelin.
The former Sydney co-captain, who also served a one-match suspension for lashing out at Wakelin, was previously suspended for seven games earlier this season after punching West Coast's Brent Staker.
Halfback Nick Malceski was also recalled to the Swans side after missing the past two games with a calf injury.
Sydney's two longest-serving players, fullback Leo Barry (hamstring) and forward Michael O'Loughlin, are missing through injury this week.
Roos took umbrage at the suggestion Hall was only recalled because O'Loughlin's ankle injury.
He expected Adelaide to put both Nathan Bassett and Ben Rutten on Hall, but felt the Crows were not that kind of team deliberately and likely to provoke Hall into loosing his temper.
