Australia has been beaten in the quarter-finals of the FIFA Under-19 Women's World Championship in the northern city of Chiang Mai.
The United States beat the Matildas 2-0 with second-half goals from Amy Rodriguez and Megan Rapinoe.
Germany advanced to the semi-finals by beating Nigeria 5-4 on a penalty shootout after ending regulation time 1-1.
In Bangkok, Brazil and Russia finished 2-2 in regular time and extra time goals by Sandra gave Brazil victory 4-2.
China beat Canada 3-1.
