One change for Hurricanes team
Daniel Kirkpatrick will replace injured inside centre Charlie Ngatai in the only change to the Hurricanes' line-up for Friday's Super rugby clash against the Blues in Wellington.
Ngatai, who broke his ankle in last week's 28-26 win over the Queensland Reds, joins a burgeoning Hurricanes injury list which includes Cory Jane (hamstring), Conrad Smith (broken nose) and Ma'a Nonu (fractured eye socket).
It will be the second time the Hurricanes have met the Blues this year under the new Super rugby conference format. The Aucklanders won the first encounter in mid-March 41-17.
Hurricanes: Andre Taylor, Alapati Leiua, Jayden Hayward, Daniel Kirkpatrick, Hosea Gear, Aaron Cruden, Chris Eaton, Victor Vito, Jack Lam, Faifili Levave, James Broadhurst, Jason Eaton, Neemia Tialata, Andrew Hore (captain), John Schwalger. Reserves: Dane Coles, Anthony Perenise, Jeremy Thrush, Mark Reddish, Tyson Keats, Julian Savea, Beauden Barrett.
