Muliaina sidelined for a month
Chiefs captain Mils Muliaina has been sidelined for a month after suffering a back injury in their Super Rugby victory over the Melbourne Rebels in Hamilton on Saturday.
Coach Ian Foster told reporters after a training session on Tuesday that an x-ray showed what is thought to be a fracture on the side of the fullback's spine.
The injury was not expected to require surgery but meant the All Black, who was to undergo further scans on the area, would be out of action for four weeks.
