Guildford to replace All Blacks utility
Hawke's Bay winger Zac Guildford has been promoted to New Zealand's bench for the Bledisloe Cup Test against Australia on Saturday, replacing injured utility Tamati Ellison.
Ellison strained his left calf muscle in training on Thursday and was ruled out of the year's final clash between the teams ahead of European tours for both sides, the All Blacks said.
Guildford, 20, was the leading try scorer for New Zealand's under-20 team when they won the IRB Junior World Championship in Tokyo in June.
